Ashley’s Approach
I believe that everyone is capable of healing and growth. I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. My work is grounded in a person-centered perspective, prioritizing collaboration, empathy, and respect for each client’s unique experiences. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.
About Ashley
I am committed to fostering a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and free to be themselves. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe and understood, and I strive to meet each client with compassion, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance.
With experience supporting adolescents and young adults from diverse backgrounds, I approach therapy with curiosity and respect for each person’s unique story, identities, and strengths. My work is collaborative and client-centered, honoring where you are while gently supporting where you want to go.
I am passionate about helping clients build confidence, develop insight, and gain practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I aim to create a space where healing feels possible and growth feels empowering. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, resilience, and a sense of moving forward in alignment with who you are.
