Elizabeth’s Approach
I bring a balance of deep listening, practical support, and humor—because therapy can be both meaningful and human. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if it feels like the right fit. Reach out by message or phone—I’d love to connect and support your next steps.
About Elizabeth
Hi, I’m Elizabeth, Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, and therapist at Wholehearted Counseling. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to breathe and reflect, you’re in the right place. I offer a grounded, compassionate, and easygoing space where people feel understood and supported as they make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe that people do the best they can. What’s missing isn’t effort—it’s access to the tools, support, and perspective needed to become the version of yourself you want to be. Therapy is a space to build those tools, safely unpack what's getting in the way, and reconnect to yourself.
I primarily work with teens and adults. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection—whether that’s with yourself, others, or within the systems around you. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify patterns, and work to shift the ones that no longer serve you.
