Experience healing by community with
Our Online Support Groups

We are stronger together.

Wholehearted Counseling is now offering online support groups designed to gently complement the work people do in individual and family therapy. These groups create connection across distance, bringing together people who may never cross paths otherwise. We believe healing happens in community through the steady presence of others, through being witnessed, and through the countless corrective experiences that slowly soften old patterns of pain and isolation. If you’re looking for a supportive space where you can share your story, listen to others, and feel less alone, we’d love to welcome you into one of the groups below.

Neurodivergent Connection Group

Continuous group of up to 6 people
Mondays 3:00pm – 4:oo PM pst
meetings online via zoom

This weekly group is a supportive space for neurodivergent folks: ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic, gifted/2e, sensory-sensitive, and anyone who has spent years feeling “different” without the words for why.

Together, we’ll explore identity, masking, emotional regulation, boundaries, burnout, and the everyday realities of living in a world that wasn’t built for our brains. You’re welcome to join quietly, stim freely, fidget, move around, info-dump, or participate at your own pace. This is a space where being yourself is encouraged, and never something you have to apologize for.
