Sahara’s Approach

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and person-centered—I believe that healing happens when we create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

In our work together, I integrate evidence-based and experiential approaches, including EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ADHD Clinical Services, Sex Therapy-Informed Care, Addictions-Informed Mental Health, and Integrative Mental Health. I also draw from mindfulness and somatic awareness to help you build emotional balance and deepen your connection to yourself and others.

About Sahara

Pronouns: she/her

I’m a psychotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals and
couples heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Over
the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people navigating
trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and complex relationship dynamics.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and person-centered—I
believe that healing happens when we create a space where you feel
truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

In our work together, I integrate evidence-based and experiential
approaches, including EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ADHD
Clinical Services, Sex Therapy-Informed Care, Addictions-Informed
Mental Health, and Integrative Mental Health. I also draw from
mindfulness and somatic awareness to help you build emotional balance
and deepen your connection to yourself and others.

My goal is to meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and
respect—and to help you develop the insight and tools needed to create
meaningful, lasting change. I believe that therapy is not about fixing
what’s broken, but about rediscovering the parts of you that are
whole, resilient, and ready to thrive.

If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to walk beside
you as you move toward peace, clarity, and self-trust.
