About Virginia

Hi, I am Virginia. It is nice to meet you! I have worked in various community and private practice settings as a Professional Counselor Associate and counselor-in-training.

My theoretical orientations include person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapies. For couples therapy, I utilize the Gottman Method and have completed Level 1 training to better aid couples in communicating their wants, needs and goals with each other. I am currently in-process of completing various trauma certifications. In my down time, I am working out, developing new spoken language skill sets and spoiling my fur babies.
