Welcome-I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that feeling understood and supported is the foundation of healing. I strive to meet each person with compassion, respect, and genuine care, creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and valued.
I bring 22 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a diverse background including case management, quality improvement, adolescent/adult/geriatric psychiatry, and maternal-child health. This experience has shaped my holistic approach, allowing me to consider the whole person-mind, body, and life experiences-rather than symptoms alone.
I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors, including individuals navigating addiction and substance use challenges. I believe healing is a collaborative journey, and I work closely with clients to develop manageable, individualized plans that feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with their personal goals. My hope is that each client feels gently supported, empowered, and never alone as we work together toward improved balance, clarity and well-being.
