Anna’s Approach
Every one of us will find ourselves in need of support somewhere along life's journey. Transitions can feel challenging, and some situations can feel overwhelming. It takes courage to reach out sometimes. I offer a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space for you to bring the challenges you face and the questions you carry. I count it a privilege to join with you in your process of self-discovery and growth.
Individuals in the helping and healing professions sometimes need a safe landing place to process the unique complexities of their roles and the impact on them and on their relationships. I understand the complexities that are inherent in helping and healing professions, and high profile careers. The stress, vicarious trauma, and reality of burnout take a toll on the whole person. I offer a compassionate and confidential space to process the issues and concerns that accompany these roles.
I welcome you to reach out If you find yourself needing some additional support as you navigate challenging circumstances, or if you seek a different rhythm to your life.
