ABOUT Tausha

People with neurodevelopmental differences often experience invalidated and complex trauma throughout their lives. This trauma resides within the body and mind, impacting day-to-day functioning- sometimes to the point of immobilization. I work well with clients who are neurodiverse and struggling with their mental health. Together, we will work to identify barriers and negative self-scripts while fostering self-discovery and internal validation. I specialize in neurodevelopmental disorders, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, LGBTQ+, and transition-aged youth/adults.

The therapeutic relationship is a vital component of the healing process. I strive to establish a collaborative partnership based on trust and respect. Together, we will work to identify your goals and navigate the challenges that arise on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
