My style of therapy is warm, non-judgmental and authentic. I am kind, honest and steady in my approach. My goal as a therapist is to assist you in releasing confusion, guilt, shame and self-doubt to make way for a life filled with connections, joy, balance, reflection, growth and meaning. I utilize a holistic approach in the time we spend together which can include varying modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Mind Body Engagement.
